Има добра адхезија со подлогата, одлична покривна моќ, паропропусност, водоодбивност и постојаност на атмосферските влијанија и УВ зрачење. Се употребува за заштита и декорација на надворешни и внатрешни ѕидни површини, како и за тонирање на МAXIFAS, МAXIPOL и МAXIDIS. Не се препорачува за боење на свежи, уште некарбонизирани кречни и кречно-цементно површини (мин. 28 дена).
